In an effort to give your client as many payment options as
possible, we are pleased to offer the following:
INSTALLMENT PLANS NOW AVAILABLE FOR NEW &
RENEWAL BUSINESS

Installments are Agency Billed |
If you do not select one of the payment plans above, we
require a deposit of 30% of policy premium. The balance is
due 45 days from policy inception.
You may also finance the premium. A copy of the signed
and completed Finance Agreement and deposit specified by
the finance company are required (see “Deposit
Requirements” below for timeframes).
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
New Business: Your producer check for the deposit is due
within 7 days from policy inception date. (Inform
Underwriter of installment plan selection at time of binding).
Renewals: Your producer check for the deposit is due prior to inception date of renewal.
Endorsements: Additional premiums will be applied to
remaining installments. If policy premium is financed, the
additional premium must be paid within 15 days of effective
date of change or the balance must be financed through
the premium finance company.
PREMIUM FINANCE OPTION
For your convenience, we will continue to send you a
finance agreement from BankDirect with each of our
quotes and renewals. See BankDirect’s website
www.bankdirectcapital.com for details.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PROGRAM
For your convenience, Lancer’s Electronic Payment Program (EPP) is now available, allowing you to pay online by electronic check. The process is simple:

Visit www.lancerinsurance.com and click on the “Login” link to register.

Click on the “Please Register Now” link located in the
lower left-hand corner of the screen.

Create a login ID and password using information
provided on your monthly D.C. White Statement.
The information you will need is a Customer Number,
along with any corresponding inforce Policy Number
and Zip Code on your account. Then click “Continue”
to submit your registration.

Once your registration has been confirmed, click
“Continue” to log into the site.

Denote the amount of premium paid.

Click “Pay Now.”
-
Complete your payment information.

An email will be sent to you confirming your
transaction.

You can bypass the Registration process when
logging on in the future.
