D.C. White Agency’s Preferred Program allows you to obtain new lower rates for your New York Business Auto and Motor Carrier risks. To qualify, the risk must be in business for a minimum of three years, have a loss ratio of no more than 30% and, if subject to Federal Motor Carrier requirements, have an acceptable SAFER rating and MVRs for all drivers.
